Debian considers switching curl to use libssh instead of libssh2

When we talk about SSH for curl, the relevance should probably be from a curl 
angle where for example libssh in curl also lacks features that curl+libssh2 
provides. That's of course not really on topic here but left for the curl 
distro maintainers to deal with.

How is libssh more ready for FIPS than libssh2?
