APIs when reading one private key from memory changes

Hello,
I read from the archives that a 1.11.1 version is possibly going to be
released.
If so, will it include this pull below (merged into master on August 2023)?

Add a new structure to separate memory read and file read:
https://github.com/libssh2/libssh2/pull/1143

If so, is there any ETA for that new version? I would like to get it
because of current problems with guacd and ssh connections.
